hey so I’m about to email my grandma and come out to her. even though we’re really close and I trust her more than any other family member, I’m still terrified, and of course worried that she won’t even understand what ‘being transgender’ means, and what kind of repercussions it may have. do any of you have resources that you’ve used in the past to help explain more/come out to family?
